Any Lancaster County 4-H’er can participate in the Lancaster County 4-H Horse Incentive Program and log hours/points by participating in various horse-related activities Jan. 1–July 17. Please total your points on the summary sheet and submit it with the rest of your paperwork. Again this year, a belt buckle will be included as a gold-level reward option. However, due to the high cost, a buckle can only be chosen as an incentive reward one time by seniors only. To be eligible for rewards, families must have paid annual $20 family dues to Lancaster County Horse VIPS. Horse Incentive Program guidelines and forms are available online at https://lancaster.unl.edu/4h/horse#incentive and at the Extension office.
