This is the twelfth year Kath Conroy, a 4-H Clothing Superintendent, and her husband, Mike, are graciously donating a new sewing machine to one Lancaster County 4-H youth! All interested youth should submit an essay describing the clothing projects they have completed in the past and their plans for future sewing projects.
