4-H’ers ages 8 & up will step into a food science lab and see how science meets food during hands-on experiments related to chromatography, litmus and gliadin. This fun workshop will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5, 9-11 a.m. at the Lancaster Extension Education Center, 444 Cherrycreek Road, Lincoln. No cost. No food tasting. Must wear masks.
