All high school students and their families are invited to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (CASNR) Experience the Power of Red Visit Day on Thursday, Feb. 23. This is a free event that enables students to learn more about careers and opportunities in the college, as well as meet current UNL students, faculty and staff. CASNR prepares students for careers in everything from animals to plants, soil to climate, golf to business, mechanization to leadership, and food to forensic science. The day will begin at 9 a.m. in the UNL East Campus Union and wrap up with lunch and a scholarship drawing by 12:30 p.m. Register by Feb. 16 at http://casnr.unl.edu/visitday.
