Let’s Get Artsy! Workshop, Dec. 2; Register by Nov. 20

4-H youth ages 8 & up are invited to a “Let’s Get Artsy!” workshop on Saturday, Dec. 2, 9–11 a.m. at the Nebraska Extension in Lancaster County conference rooms, 444 Cherrycreek Road, Suite A, Lincoln.

Youth will create their own piece of art on canvas using watercolor, tempera paint and collage techniques. The art may be exhibited at the Super Fair. Guest Instructor will be Caitlyn Schmidt, Art Educator at Blessed Sacrament School. No cost to attend.

Register by Monday, Nov. 20 by contacting Kristin Geisert at 402-441-7180 or kristin.geisert@unl.edu. All supplies will be provided. Wear clothes appropriate for painting.
