Nebraska 4-H is creating a 4-H Youth Leadership Experience Ambassador Team who will assist with various events through the summer. This will replace the former annual 4-H Youth Leadership Conference. All high school age youth are invited to apply! The deadline for applications is Friday, Jan. 5, 2024. Online form is at https://go.unl.edu/2024yleamb.
As a part of this group, you can be a voice on the youth perspective, develop & practice leadership skills that you can take back to your communities, and collaborate with Extension staff & 4-H'ers across the state to plan & implement 4-H Youth Leadership Experiences! The 4-H Youth Leadership Experiences will be a combination of working with state level 4-H events and contributing with your own leadership ideas across the state.
If selected, the first meeting will be Sunday, Feb. 4, 4–6 p.m. CT (via Zoom). Then we'll meet monthly.
