A 4-H Cat Show will be held on Saturday, Jan. 6, 9 a.m. at the Sandhills Global Event Center, 84th & Havelock, Lincoln in the Lancaster County Farm Bureau Room (by the Extension 4-H office and South Hall). Registration and Check-in from 8:15–8:45 a.m. Open to all youth ages 8–18 with a Clover Kids opportunity for youth 5–7. This Cat Show/Clinic sponsored by Wonder Cats 4-H club and Nebraska Extension in Lancaster County will be the purrfect opportunity to learn and practice showing your cat in 4-H!
One cat per exhibitor. Awards will be given. For the showmanship class, come prepared with a 1–2 minute speech: tell us about you, your age, your cat, your cat’s age and one of your cat’s personality traits or quirks. The theme for the costume/decorate your cat contest is "Winter Wonderland."
