If you are a high school or middle school student eager to explore the fascinating world of food science, you will not want to miss out attending the Food Science Summer Camps presented by the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Food Science and Technology Department! Hands-on activities, facility tours and the development of food products will spark your interest in the science behind the foods you consume every day.

During camps you will also have a chance to get to know the department's facilities, interact with experienced food scientists, engage with UNL faculty and students and immerse yourself in a journey of discovery.
