Lancaster County 4-H Council will hold a silent auction fundraiser on Friday, Aug. 2, 5–7 p.m. in the South Hall (formerly Exhibit Hall) (enter Gate 3 off Havelock, park near South Hall). Top bidders may pay for and pick up items between 7:30–8 p.m. If not picked up within that time, pick up after the Super Fair at the Nebraska Extension in Lancaster County office, 444 Cherrycreek Rd, Suite A, Lincoln. Cash, check or credit card accepted. The silent auction is being held in conjunction with the Chicken Dinner (which runs 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the same location).
Some of the items includes gift certificates, gift baskets, wall hangings and 4-H swag.
Proceeds from both events support the Lancaster 4-H Council, which supports 4-H youth programs, activities and scholarships.
