Come learn about horse judging and prepare for the State 4-H Horse Judging contest at Nebraska 4-H Horse Stampede March 29-30!
At these practices, youth will learn about the basics of horse judging, how to judge halter and performance classes that they would most likely see at the State and County contests, and how to form and present a set of reasons. Practices are open to ages 8-18 (4-H age by Jan. 1 of the current year). All practices will be on Saturdays or Sundays from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the Sandhills Global Event Center Extension 4-H Office by the South Hall. Meeting dates include Jan. 18, Jan. 26, Feb. 2, Feb. 9, Feb. 15 and Feb. 22.
