All exhibits which don’t move on their own (for example, Food & Nutrition; Photography; and Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) are called static exhibits. All Lancaster County Super Fair 4‑H & FFA static exhibits are not preregistered, but MUST be physically checked in and picked up. See more below.
STATIC EXHIBIT AG SOCIETY HALL PARKING
4-H and Open Class static exhibitor parking is allowed on static exhibit check‑in/out and interview judging days only in Lot K at the Gate 1 entrance off 84th Street. For those that need to get closer to the doors of the Ag Society Hall, there is temporary 20 minute active unloading/loading by the west doors of the Ag Society Hall. After you have loaded or unloaded, please immediately move your vehicle back to Lot K while you finish your activities, so others can get close to the building as needed.
4‑H exhibitors:
• During check‑in/out — please use the north sets of doors on the west side indicated on the map.
• During interview judging — please walk around the newly constructed main office to the north main entry.
On other days of the fair, static exhibitors are welcome to park in public parking entering from Gate 1 or Gate 3. The closest parking to the Ag Society Hall would be to enter Gate 3 off Havelock Avenue and park east of EquineMarket Pavilion and walk through the FR8Star Pavilion.

STATIC EXHIBIT RELEASE/PICK UP
All 4‑H & FFA static exhibits will be released on Monday, Aug. 4, 7–11 a.m. in the Ag Society Hall. All static exhibits MUST be picked up during release time. Premium payouts for static exhibits will be paid in cash on Monday, Aug. 4, 7–11 a.m. in the Ag Society Hall.
Please pick up premium payouts BEFORE picking up static exhibits. Staff at the payout table will provide a list of each 4‑H member's static exhibits, which will help families collect all of their projects without leaving any behind. Please pick up project(s) at each of the area(s) you have exhibits.
