Lancaster County 4‑H is once again partnering with the Jr. PGA and will be offering four beginner, fundamental skills lessons for ages 8-17 on Tuesdays in April. Age is determined as of July 31, 2026. Youth must be currently enrolled 4-H members. The lessons will be held at Pine Lake Golf & Tennis Club at 6601 S. 84th Street in Lincoln on April 7, 14, 21 and 28 from 4:15-5:15 p.m.
All of the costs to participate including coaching, green fees and equipment usage will be paid by the Jr. PGA. There are limited spots, so before registering, make sure your 4‑H’er is able to attend all four lessons. Golf clubs and balls will be provided, but you may bring your own equipment.
Register by Friday, Feb. 6 by emailing Kristin at kristin.geisert@unl.edu. The class size is limited to 20, so register early. Please provide the youth’s T-shirt size. Details will be given at a later date regarding an additional online registration required by the Jr. PGA.
