Help celebrate America’s 250th anniversary by exhibiting 4‑H static exhibits at the Lancaster County Super Fair using this theme!
4-H STATIC EXHIBITS
At the fair, all 4‑H static exhibits with an America’s 250th theme will be grouped in a special display. Each theme exhibit will receive a commemorative America’s 250th ribbon in addition to the judge’s ribbon! The top theme exhibit in each static area will receive an America’s 250th rosette. One top award will be selected from all the theme static exhibits! During static exhibit check in, please verbally say if an exhibit is a theme exhibit.
The following classes may be an America’s 250th Anniversary theme exhibit:
• Any Clover Kids individual or group project
• Any Special County Exhibit class
• Either Poster class
• A Club Banner
• Any Citizenship Public Adventures class
• Any Intergenerational Exhibit class
• Any Quilt Quest class
• Any Photography class
• Any Clothing class
• Any Home Design & Restoration class
• Any Heritage class
• Any Visual Arts class
Additionally, the Sandhills Global Event Center is celebrating 25 years of the Event Center! There will be a special class under 4‑H Special County Exhibits:
• 25 Years of the Event Center Exhibit — Exhibit should celebrate 25 years of the Event Center, which hosts the Lancaster County Super Fair! Optional: include the years 2001–2026.
4-H & FFA ANIMAL PEN/STALL/TABLE DECORATIONS
In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, 4‑H & FFA animal exhibitors are encouraged to decorate their pen/stall/table areas with a 250th Anniversary theme. Decorations must be kept out of reach of all animals. The theme could also be used in animal costume contests. Each animal exhibitor who uses decorations or a costume using this theme will receive a commemorative America’s 250th ribbon!
