Nebraska 4‑H is compiling monthly theme activities, “Spark Start,” to match seasonal themes and real-world topics, making it simple to keep youth curious, creative and learning throughout the year.
June’s theme is “Summer is Here!" Younger youth can enjoy hands-on outdoor projects like building a Popsicle Paddle Boat or designing Crazy Kites. Older youth can build important life skills with Young Worker Health and Safety lessons to prepare for summer jobs.
