At the Lancaster County Super Fair, the Lancaster County Agricultural Society awards premium monies to 4‑H & FFA exhibitors according to exhibit class and ribbon placing. Premium amounts are indicated in the Lancaster County 4‑H & FFA Fair Book within each category.
Premium payouts for all STATIC EXHIBITS AND CONTESTS held before and during the fair (except livestock judging, rabbit and poultry contests) and HORSE EXHIBITORS must be picked up on Monday, Aug. 3, 7–11 a.m. at the Ag Society Hall. 4‑H & FFA members or their representatives may pick up premium payouts — a signature will be required.
For static exhibitors, please pick up premium payouts BEFORE picking up static exhibits. Staff at the payout table will provide a list of each 4‑H member’s static exhibits, which will help families collect all of their projects without leaving any behind.
For horse exhibitors, the entire 4‑H club must have removed all bedding from each stall in order for premiums to be received (stalls will be checked).
Premiums not picked up at the specified time will be forfeited! Review premium payouts carefully and report any errors to 4‑H staff. No changes or corrections will be made on premium amounts after 14 days.
