During the 2026 Lancaster County Super Fair at the Sandhills Global Event Center fairgrounds, 4‑H & FFA exhibitors have the following opportunities for FREE food courtesy of various sponsors:

• Thursday, July 30, 7 p.m. — Farm Kids Obstacle Course open to the public, followed by free Root Beer Floats for 4‑H & FFA Exhibitors Provided by Lancaster County Farm Bureau (Currency Pavilion Arena)

• Friday, July 31, 11 a.m. while supplies last — 4‑H & FFA Exhibitor & Families Free Hot Dog Lunch, provided by Frontier Cooperative (outside, south of Currency Pavilion)

• Friday, July 31, 4:30–6 p.m. — Watermelon Feed open to the public, sponsored by Lancaster County Ag Society (Shade Tent)

• Sunday, Aug. 2, 8–10 a.m. — 4‑H & FFA Exhibitors Breakfast open to 4‑H & FFA exhibitors, superintendents and volunteers, sponsored by Lancaster County Ag Society (Nebraska Room)

• Sunday, Aug. 2, 5–7 p.m. — 4‑H & FFA Exhibitors “Scoopin’ With the Stars” Ice Cream Social, sponsored by Lancaster County Ag Society (Nebraska Room)

The following food opportunities are fundraisers for Lancaster County 4‑H Council. Proceeds support 4‑H youth programs, activities and scholarships.

• 4‑H Food Stand, open Thursday, July 30–Sunday, Aug. 2, 10 a.m.–9 p.m. (Sunday closes at 8 p.m.) — features a variety of snacks and beverages, including the popular “Walking Taco,” snow cones and cotton candy! (Clover Cafe in the Ag Society Hall and the Horseshoe Cafe in the FR8Star Pavilion)

• Chicken Dinner on Friday, July 31, 5:30–7:30 p.m. features Slim Chickens chicken tenders, side dishes and dessert! To‑go boxes will be available. Tickets at the door are $10. Advance tickets are $9 at the Extension office before the fair or at the 4‑H food stand during the fair. (South Hall, North Side — enter through Lancaster County Farm Bureau Room)
