4-H/FFA members planning to exhibit market sheep and meat goats need to have their lambs and goats officially tagged and weighed on Tuesday, May 16, 6–7 p.m. at the Lancaster Event Center – Pavilion 2. All sheep and meat goats being shown at the Nebraska State Fair or AKSARBEN will have DNA samples taken and tagged at this time. Sheep and meat goats being shown only at Super Fair must have scrapie tags in ears by this time. Tag numbers and weights will be recorded at this time. For more information, call Cole at 402-441-7180.
