The 4-H Emblem is the national symbol of Cooperative Extension’s 4-H program supported by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
Local, county-based Nebraska Extension Offices are responsible for any 4-H Name and Emblem authorization within their local county or jurisdiction. The Nebraska State 4-H Office is responsible for any 4-H Name and Emblem authorizations that cross county geographical boundaries.
Information regarding the 4-H Name and Emblem Guidelines has recently been updated at https://4h.unl.edu/resources/name-emblem-guidelines. This page contains links to the most current 4-H Name and Emblem Guidelines, official 4-H emblems, and a request for approval form.
The USDA NIFA Division of Youth and 4-H is unable to grant a license or advise on the use of the 4-H Name and Emblem. If you have additional questions regarding the use of the 4-H Name and Emblem, contact the Nebraska State 4-H Office or Tracy Pracheil (tpracheil2@unl.edu). Thanks!
