Through Nebraska Washington DC Professional Enrichment Academy students will benefit from thoughtful mentoring and programming, expand their network, and learn to transition from college into their professional careers. Students participating in the program will be guided/mentored by a university staff member in residence. All current University of Nebraska students interning in Washington, D.C. during the summer are eligible to apply, including students from all four campuses and from any major or discipline.
The website has everything students need to identify an internship, figure out where to live, and most importantly how to pay for it. We are really lucky that several NU alumni living in the area have provided funds to help off-set some of the cost associated with this experience.
