Huskers, Let’s Talk Leadership This Black History Month
February is a month to learn from real people, real stories and real impact. As Black History Month begins, we’re highlighting voices that are shaping Nebraska today through leadership, creativity, advocacy, scholarship and care for others.
One highlight this month is Voices of Impact: Leaders Shaping Modern Nebraska, a powerful panel bringing together local leaders whose work spans social entrepreneurship, academia, art, political activism and well-being.
Later this month also marks the beginning of Ramadan, a sacred time of reflection, fasting and community for many Muslim students, faculty, staff and community members. We extend our warm wishes to all who will be observing and honor the meaning this month holds.
Throughout February, you’ll find more opportunities to engage, learn and connect. Scroll on to explore upcoming events designed to spark conversation, celebrate leadership and bring our campus community together.
