Perception is not neutral. It shapes opportunity, identity and belonging often long before a person has the chance to define themselves.
This Late Night Dish It Up conversation invites participants into an open, interactive dialogue about how Black communities are perceived, who shapes those narratives and how they show up on campus and beyond. Through guided small-group discussions and open conversation, we will examine stereotypes, media representation, history, student organizations and the lived realities of being Black on campus today.
Food will be provided.
