The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Sustainable Food Project. The Nebraska. Local. project features these menu items at breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, the Cather Dining Center offers convenient seating amongst a variety of serving areas. Choose from Stone-baked Pizza, Pasta, Salads & Soups, Home Cooking, World’s Fare and Desserts.
