The Spring semester has brought about a few changes to the Student Advocacy and Support (SAS) Office. Former Assistant Director Kara Brant departed the team on January 3rd and Sarah Frankel-Russell joined the team on January 17th and is serving as the inaugural Director. The SAS office will be presenting a lunch-and-learn to AAA members in March, providing an opportunity to meet our team and learn more about our processes. In the meantime, we encourage you to submit a student of concern report anytime you have a concern about a student. If a student is interested in pursuing a medical withdrawal or re-enrolling after a medical withdrawal has been approved, please encourage them to reach out to our office (studentadvocacy@unl.edu or (402) 472-0878) to speak to someone about that process.
