The final AAA meeting of the academic year will be held on Thursday, April 20 from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. on East Campus. This is an important meeting as you will have the opportunity to meet 2023-24 AAA Executive Board candidates, discuss AAA By-law changes and recognize 2022-23 AAA committee members for a job well done!
The meeting will be held in the new FEWSS Hub (Food, Energy, Water and Societal Systems) in the Food Industry Complex, conveniently located right next to the Dairy Store!
Because the meeting is being held during CASNR Week, we hope you'll make an afternoon of it and join us for these additional activities in celebration of CASNR's 150th birthday!
12:30 - 2:30 p.m. - Ice Cream Social and Office of Diversity and Inclusion Fair
Stop by the Dairy Store in the Food Industry Complex for free ice cream, then head next door to the FEWSS Hub for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion Fair. Along with fun and engaging activities, the fair will feature music by Executive Associate Athletic Director/DJ Lawrence Chatters!
3:30 - 5:00 p.m. - AAA General Membership meeting in the FEWSS Hub
5:00 - 7:00 p.m. - CASNR Community Night in Hardin Hall
Run home to pick up your family and doggies and come back to Hardin Hall for CASNR Community Night! This celebration of CASNR's 150th birthday will feature free food, music, and family-friendly activities such as:
*Pup Cups for sale by the Pre-Vet Club
*Fun with Bugs activity with the Entomology Club
*Cornhole
*Coloring pages for youngsters and the young at heart
*and much more!
