Feeling overwhelmed by a full inbox, an endless to-do list, and never enough hours in the day? This session will explore how productivity and well-being go hand in hand. You’ll learn how to break unhealthy habits and mindsets that lead to burnout and overwhelm, and replace them with strategies that support focus, balance, and clarity. Through practical tips and tools, you’ll begin building healthy routines to manage email, reduce distractions, and prioritize what’s most important – designed for real life, not perfection. NOTE: this presentation runs the entire 90 minutes. The Unity Room will be available from 12:00-12:30pm for attendees to arrive early, socialize, and eat their lunch.
