Why These Resources Matter:
Many students are unaware they may qualify for SNAP benefits or find the application process intimidating. Having both dedicated application assistance and weekly informational sessions removes barriers and provides convenient on-campus access to answers.
If you're working with students who are struggling with food access, dealing with financial stress, or expressing concerns about affording basic needs, please consider connecting them with these resources. SNAP benefits can make a significant difference in a student's ability to focus on their academic success.
Please feel free to share the attached flyer with students, post it in your advising spaces, or include it in communications with students who might benefit.
Thank you for supporting our students' holistic wellbeing!
