Graphic designer Greg Schmidt will present his lecture on Thursday, March 10. The lecture is at 5:30 p.m. in Richards Hall Rm. 17. The lecture is free and open to the public. The lecture will also be accessible via Zoom. The link for Schmidt’s lecture is https://unl.zoom.us/j/98197781628.

Schmidt is a graphic designer practicing in Richmond, Virginia. His multi-disciplinary approach reflects techniques and practices found in brand systems, print publications, environmental and exhibition design.

He maintains a focus in typography, image making, visual storytelling, photography and graphic design for built spaces.

He currently works as an exhibition graphic designer at Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. Schmidt holds a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design from Flagler College and a Master of Fine Arts in visual communication from Virginia Commonwealth University.
