Outdoor Glow in the Dark Yoga

Attend this outdoor Glow-in-the-Dark Yoga class to celebrate NIRSA Healthy Campus Week and to participate in the largest physical activity challenge in the nation! Yoga is a practice that connects the mind, body, and breath through physical postures (asanas). Bring your own mat, towel, or blanket. POWER Bowl Pop-Up

Come to Willa Cather Dining Center where you can make a customizable, nutrient-packed POWER bowl full of vibrant flavors and healthy ingredients! A wide variety of ingredients will ensure that you can accommodate your taste and dietary preferences. Learn about University Dining’s commitment to providing quality meals for all students’ well-being. The POWER Bowl Pop-up is open to anyone dining in Cather’s “all you care to eat” dining center. Feeling freaked out by the fourth week of classes? Come pet a dog and de-stress! Certified therapy dog teams visit Love Library and the Dinsdale Family Learning Commons monthly in this program for students, faculty, and staff. Big Red Pawp-Ups are organized by the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CASNR), Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS), and University Libraries in compliance with the University Policy on the Use of Animals. A special thank you to our local therapy dog teams, Domesti-PUPS, Healing Heart Therapy Dogs and Uplifting Paws.
University Career + Internship Fair: Day 4
