*ACE 9 Credit available | Apply for program and scholarships by Feb. 1, 2022 (info and link below)
We travel. We tell stories. We build worlds. An immersion into how the fiction (and nonfiction) shapes the city shape and how the city, in turn, shapes the story. From films to
novels, games, from transit to street corners to street food. We scour high and low for transmissions, we listen, we write, we create… and then in 72 hours, we will make a film.
This course will coincide with the study abroad led by Prof. Ann Marie Pollard in theatre. EMA and THEA students will have the opportunity to collaborate before, during and after their study abroad experience!
Bonus: we will attend the new immersive experience together: The Burnt City, by Punch Drunk.
