The Executive Vice Chancellor is scheduled to announce finalists for the position of Dean of the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts later this week. Community members will have the chance to attend public presentations in-person or via Zoom webinar for each candidate and provide their input via an online evaluation form.

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln launched a national search last fall to select its next dean of the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts. The dean is the chief academic and administrative officer of the college and will lead the strategic, programmatic, financial, fundraising and management operations that support the mission and vision of the college.
