• Larry Buller (M.F.A. 2017), has been accepted into the NCECA juried exhibition titled “I Contain Multitudes,” which is curated by alumnus Garth Johnson at the NCECA annual conference in Cincinnati. Only 40 pieces were selected out of more than 300 entries. He was recently invited to show at Art Basil as part of Art Week Miami. He is also in a group exhibition at the Bemis Art Center in Omaha titled “Opulence: Performative Wealth and the Failed American Dream.” Buller is the only ceramic artist and the only Nebraskan included in the exhibition, which features artists with national prominence. Finally, Buller has been invited to an exhibition at the American Museum of Ceramic Art (AMCA) in Los Angeles titled “Making in Between: LGBTQ+ Identities in Clay.” This exhibition opens in May and includes national and international artists who identify as Queer and will include work by British artist Grayson Perry.
