In the December BeefWatch Newsletter (http://newsroom.unl.edu/announce/beef/2919/16279), Lindsay Chichester and I talked about our respective social media campaigns centered on educating the public about agriculture, food safety, and sustainability of livestock production systems. A lot of educators like us have taken to social media to share this type of information in a unified “defense of agriculture”. But don’t underestimate the impact of your voice as an advocate for your operation and agriculture as a whole.
