In 2024, we introduced our new official lockup. We hope it helps the research community recognize the center and its core facilities more easily. We would like to thank the UNL Communications team for their assistance in creating this design.
The meaning behind our lockup:
A test tube serves as the ascender of the ‘b’ and represents the science that is the backbone of the center
The ‘i’ resembles a person and represents not only the team members but also the users we serve
The ‘i’ overlapping the ‘o’ resembles a power button - our service center is powered by our users and technology
The mark itself is made up of the letters b-i-o as a nod to biotechnology.
