Jeyam Subbiah recently delivered the keynote speech, "Trends in Food Processing Technologies for Improving Food Safety," at a food science conference in Yangling, China.

On the way to the conference, Subbiah stopped at China Agricultural University in Beijing to give a talk on radio frequency processing and to explore collaborations and recruit graduate students.

The conference, Yangling International Agri-Science Forum, was co-organized by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University.
