The Sharp Building Management sent us the following information:
To help reduce the risk of spreading the virus, we have implemented the following:
• We have requested the cleaning company to begin to use a disinfectant cleaning product approved by the EPA. They will be switching to Oxivir, which is a hydrogen peroxide-based cleaner. This product has low VOC’s and is a sustainable product. Expect this change immediately.
• We have reiterated to the cleaning crew that they should be wiping down highly touched surfaces nightly in bathrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and other common areas.
• The night crew will be using Oxivir or similar to wipe down common area doors, bathroom fixtures, and elevators.
We would also encourage our tenants to wipe down their individual work surfaces and/or highly touched office equipment frequently to assist in reducing the spread of any respiratory diseases.
