The COVID-19 pandemic caused child welfare programs to quickly change how we provide services to families and support the workforce. As a result, many best and promising practices are replacing those that were ineffective or outdated. Join us to talk about how these changes can continue to benefit families and the workforce in the future.
This series of Innovations Exchanges builds on NCWWI's Supporting the Virtual Workforce webinar series by providing child welfare leaders (supervisors, managers, directors, and administrators) a forum to discuss what we've learned and share best practices. We hope you'll take time to connect with colleagues around the country about emerging trends in child welfare workforce development.
NCWWI will collect innovations that are happening across the country and post them on our website for those who are unable to participate in the discussions.
