"That’s easy! I would spend it riding my horse, Aria; gardening and landscaping maintenance around our home; canning and putting up vegetables; making wine; and lounging in and around our pool in the summer months! (All of which I currently do on weekends and evenings – only I would be able to do it more, and have time to do it well!)." -Joyce Starke
