We have another new face at CCFL. Hear from her below!
Name: Tracey Kock
Job Title: Reflective Practice Outreach and Training Specialist
Where do you hail from: Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin (between Madison and Milwaukee)
Who are your early influences/who inspired you most: My mom, she spent so much time volunteering and always putting others before herself, seeking out ways to help others.
What has been your greatest source of career satisfaction/ proudest achievement: When I was working in a supervisor role in a high turnover field, I was able to maintain a team without a turnover for 2 years. I was also able to coach 3 of my staff members enabling them to move into supervisor positions themselves.
Family life/hobbies /community involvement: I enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles, watching sports, especially those my son competes in, spending time outside when the weather is warm. My husband and son are big golfers, I enjoy riding along with them when they golf. I am involved with a variety of groups at church. I especially enjoy the women's golf despite not being good at all.
The quotation I live my life by is......Faith and Family first
