Ten individuals with lived experiences within the intersections of trauma, mental health, and the court system, have worked with mentor coaches to develop their personal narrative into a professional theatre production that will inform the broader community. Afterwards, a moderated panel of child welfare and mental health professionals will explore with the audience how the arts and other creative programming fits within the mental health and family law systems. Together, the panel and audience will reflect on the importance of helping people share their narratives as a means to increase their executive functioning skills and improve functioning for daily life.
