Question: What was your first paying job?

"My first paying job was at a fast-food place called Waldo’s; it was in Lincoln on South 27th street (the building is still there, it is now a De Leon’s) and was known for its loose meat sandwiches and onion chips. Much like a Tastee." -Angel S.

"I babysat a lot in middle and high school, but my first “real” job was as a crewmember at Raising Cane’s." -Cassie R.

"My first paying job, other than babysitting, was working at Backstage. It was a clothing store in Ogallala, pretty much the only one, for men and women. I started working there at 15 and worked there for three years. If you know me, you know I love clothes, so it wasn’t the most profitable job I ever had…probably spent more money on clothes than I made, but I loved it!
