From Eve's email on 2/26:

CUPA-HR is the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources. We all have a free membership by being employees of UNL. CUPA-HR has a 21-day Challenge on Racial Equity (https://www.cupahr.org/events/21-day-challenges/21-day-racial-equity-habit-building-challenge/) that I have been doing and would love to discuss with CCFLers who also complete the challenge.

If you are interested, you’ll need to create a CUPA-HR account, but that process is quite simple. Then, you can sign up for the challenge and they will send you emails each week for four weeks. I did not complete this in 21 days and, quite honestly, that seems fast and wouldn’t allow as much time for mental processing as I have liked. So, I’d like to propose more time to complete the readings/tasks and extend each week to a month. So, week one would be for the month of March, week two = April, week three = May, and week four = June. We can try to meet mid-way through around the end of April or early May to check-in and then again at the end of June/early July to discuss the whole challenge. Who knows, maybe that final meeting could be in person for some!?!
