According to some very scientific research we found online, most children (52%) prefer chocolate over non-chocolate candy for Halloween. Although there is a dearth of research on the topic, we are fairly certain that children prefer any candy to no candy at all. As such, please do not be that house that gives your trick-or-treaters your most recent annual report or dried-up highlighters left over from training.
