This virtual meeting will provide an overview of the concept of organizational culture and climate and how it impacts child welfare practice as well as explore cultural humility practice versus strengths-based approaches. Raising awareness about the impact of enhancing cultural responsiveness will help promote the engagement of family leaders in decision-making roles throughout child welfare agencies.
