On October 25th we had our second All-Staff meeting since our retreat. Our two main topics were staff recognition and breaking down more silos.
For staff recognition, we decided to start a Kudos Korner in our e-newsletter (different name suggestions are welcome!). The newsletter committee is working out the details of how this will work, but the basic idea is that this will provide a public place for CCFLers to say nice things about their colleagues. More details to come in the upcoming month or so.
Second, we have revived the CCFL Fun Committee. Denise Packard (chair), Jeff Chambers, Barbara Sturgis, Christine Wiklund, Angel Shafer, and Maggie Thompson volunteered to serve on this committee. One of their main tasks will be planning monthly lunches for us. Stay tuned for more details from them.
