Where do you hail from: Born in the west side of Malaysia. Grew up on the east side of Malaysia where the capital is. Been in the US ever since after high school.
What is it they say you do:
I work with subject matter experts to develop online training. I build or redesign websites/systems. I provide technical assistance. Sometimes, I design print materials.
What has been your greatest source of career satisfaction/ proudest achievement:
My proudest achievement will be submitting and presenting my thesis at an international conference. My greatest career satisfaction will be building the OC and developing/redesigning several websites for internal projects and
grantors.
What is your passion/what you are drawn to/what motivates you/where do you hope to be in five years:
I enjoy helping organizations improve their websites or systems user experience for websites. To me, a website/system is useless if the users cannot achieve what they have come to the website/system to do, which leads to them leaving to other similar websites/systems (competitors) that can give them a better user experience.
Family life/hobbies /community involvement:
Other than working, I love to bake, cook, and read. My husband and I love exploring new places, stores, and restaurants.
