Chelsie deserves this recognition every week! She is so diligent about making sure our training evaluation work is done thoroughly, accurately, and on time. She was instrumental in the success of our transition to the new training model and showed unwavering commitment to meeting tough deadlines, frequently going above and beyond what is expected of a Research Assistant. Recently she has been refining our processes, ensuring there are detailed written instructions for every duty, and training Evan to take over and become the sole RA for training evaluation on August 1st.
