Annette Wragge – received a grant from the Nebraska Department of Education to continue the Nebraska Autism Spectrum Disorders Network, which is housed at the Barkley Center

Mackenzie Savaiano – received a grant from the Nebraska Department of Education to support the preparation of teachers for the visually impaired.

Kelly Pritchett – received the Service to Mankind Award from the regional Sertoma organization. Kelly received the Service to Mankind award from the UNL Sertoma Club earlier this year.

Steven Barlow – appointed as Associate Director of the Center for Brain Biology and Behavior. Steven will lead interdisciplinary research efforts in neurotherapeutics.

Alex Trout – recognized among the 2015 Service Awards for 10 years of service to UNL in the Department of Special Education and Communication Disorders.

Cynthia Cress – awarded the Alan T. Seagren Associate Professorship in Education. The professorship honors an Associate Professor in the field of education within CEHS and provides support to advance his or her career toward achieving the rank of full professor with tenure.
