Great news for CEHS! The new best graduate school rankings are out from U.S. News and World Report. CEHS continues to rise through the ranks! Our consistently high rankings, year after year, are evidence of our faculty members’ rigor, diligence, and commitment to excellence.
Graduate Education Schools: CEHS has moved up from 40th to 39th in the nation in our graduate education rankings. We share the 39th spot with Penn State. Relative to our Big 10 peers, we are 9th out of the 14 peers, ranking ahead of Purdue, Rutgers, Illinois, and University of Iowa.

The U.S. News rankings are based on two types of data: expert opinions about program excellence and statistical indicators that measure the quality of each school’s faculty, research and students. Data for graduate education programs came from surveys of more than 2,054 professional programs and reputation surveys sent to more than 22,018 academics and professionals. Data was gathered in fall 2018 and early 2019.
