Motivated student sought for Cohort Program Assistant position
The Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship is seeking an outgoing, motivated student with strong initiative and sound judgment to help manage two key cohort programs: the Nebraska Entrepreneurship Accelerator and Entrepreneurship Catalysts.
Much like a learning or teaching assistant, this role offers hands-on experience in program management, professional communication, community building, and small event planning within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with planning and coordinating cohort events, workshops and meetups, managing event logistics, including scheduling, room reservations, catering, materials preparation, and set-up/tear-down, tracking student attendance and engagement across program activities, communicate important updates, reminders, and opportunities to cohort members through email and other platforms, and more.
The paid, part-time position starts Fall 2025 with potential for continuation through Spring 2026. Apply by 11:59pm on May 5.
