Apply for the Accelerator Program before Apr. 20
The Nebraska Entrepreneurship Accelerator is designed for students who are serious about building something real, whether you’re refining an early idea or actively growing a venture. This year-long program brings together experiences, mentorship, and hands-on support to help you move forward with clarity and momentum.
As an Accelerator participant, you’ll receive a $1,000 annual scholarship ($500 per semester), along with personalized coaching and mentorship tailored to your goals. You’ll also gain access to a curated set of tools, resources, and workshops that support everything from idea validation to scaling a business.
All Accelerator students enroll in ENTR 451, a three-credit-hour course that is fully integrated into the program experience. Students have the option to take the course for credit or participate without earning credit, providing flexibility to avoid additional tuition costs if credit is not needed.
What sets the Accelerator apart is its focus on individualized development. You won’t follow a one-size-fits-all path. Instead, you’ll be connected to the right people, resources, and opportunities based on where you are and where you want to go. Throughout the program, you’ll set goals, track progress, and stay accountable within a small cohort of driven, like-minded peers.
Participants engage in a range of high-impact experiences, including workshops on marketing strategy, funding, financials, and legal fundamentals, as well as mentorship roundtables with founders, investors, and industry experts. Students also participate in pitch competitions and have opportunities to showcase their ventures, while building direct connections to the entrepreneurial community and broader ecosystem.
Whether you're exploring a new idea or preparing for growth, the Accelerator provides the structure, support, and network to help you take meaningful steps forward.
